Returns & Exchanges

At Rendition Design & Manufacturing, we pride ourselves on exceptional craftsmanship and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your garment doesn't meet your expectations, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached and include the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
